Define and execute PeekSeek's go-to-market strategy across digital channels. Plan and run campaigns on social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and paid acquisition. Build our brand voice, manage community engagement, create compelling content (blogs, videos, case studies), and drive waitlist growth. Track performance metrics and optimize for conversion.

Partner with our AI team to validate and refine coaching feedback across sports. Review AI-generated form analysis for accuracy, provide expert annotations on training videos, help define sport-specific scoring rubrics, and ensure our coaching recommendations align with professional standards. Your domain expertise directly shapes the quality of our AI output.

Design, train, and deploy computer vision models that power our real-time form analysis engine. Work on pose estimation, biomechanics modeling, action recognition, and temporal sequence analysis. Optimize models for on-device inference (CoreML, TensorFlow Lite) to deliver sub-second feedback. Collaborate with coaches to translate domain expertise into model improvements. Push the boundaries of what's possible with sports AI.

Own the end-to-end mobile experience across our iOS apps. Design and implement pixel-perfect interfaces that make complex AI feedback feel intuitive and delightful. Build smooth animations for real-time skeleton overlays, create data visualizations for performance tracking, and ensure seamless camera-to-results flows. Work closely with product and coaching teams to translate user needs into beautiful, accessible UI.

Architect and scale the backend infrastructure that powers PeekSeek's AI platform. Design high-throughput video ingestion and processing pipelines, build real-time APIs for mobile clients, manage ML model serving infrastructure, and ensure 99.9% uptime. Own the full backend stack from database design to deployment automation on GCP/Kubernetes. Mentor junior engineers and drive technical decisions.

Get hands-on experience building AI-powered products at an early-stage startup. You'll work on real features shipped to real users — whether that's building mobile UI components, writing backend APIs, training ML models, or running growth experiments. You'll pair with senior engineers, participate in design reviews, and own meaningful projects from day one. This is a launchpad for a career in sports tech.
