PeekSeek is an AI-powered sports and fitness analytics platform. Our Services include mobile applications that analyze video recordings of athletic activities to deliver insights on technique, movement patterns, and performance across multiple sports including fitness, yoga, tennis, badminton, cricket, and golf.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our AI models or software
• Use automated systems to access the Services in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Upload content depicting minors without parental consent

Your Content

You retain ownership of the video recordings and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant PeekSeek a limited license to process, analyze, and store the content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

Our Content

The Services, including all software, AI models, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and other content provided by PeekSeek, are owned by PeekSeek and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

Our AI-powered analysis is intended for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or physical therapy.

• AI analysis may not be 100% accurate and should be used as a supplementary tool
• Always consult a qualified professional for injury prevention and rehabilitation
• You exercise at your own risk and PeekSeek is not liable for injuries sustained during training

• Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are provided in accordance with the applicable app store policies (Apple App Store, Google Play)
• Promotional pricing (including waitlist discounts) is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeekSeek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold PeekSeek harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
